Articles on the economic concerns of the working class in the US often imply that this group is exclusively white, which doesn’t match the reality of our diverse country.  This New York Times article explores the politics of a predominantly black working class neighborhood in Milwaukee, where many people also felt that Democrats’ economic policies hadn’t done enough to help them.
